This is a Recipe I tried the other day and it was so refreshing and delicious and perfect for hot days when you want to cool off. Here is the Recipe. It makes about 4 serves.
500g Strawberries (I used 2 x 250g punnets of Strawberries)
1/2 cup of Honey
First of you need to take the leafy bit off the top of the strawberry's. You can either cut it off like you usually do, or what I tried the other day was poking a straw thru from the bottom and aiming it the the middle of the leafy bit and keep pushing till the straw reached the other side and pushes out the leafy bit.

Then you need to cut the strawberry's in half and put them on a tray with baking paper or in a Container - which is what I did.

Then put the tray in the freezer and freeze the strawberry's until they are hard (which took about 4-5 hours when I tried the other day).
Then once the Strawberry's have hardened you can pull them out of the Freezer and put them in a food processor with the Honey and mix them. Once they were all crushed up and combined with the Honey I put the mixture in our Nutri Ninja and blended in for 30 seconds or so just to make sure the mixture was really smooth and not chunky.

I then put the mixture in a container and put the lid on and put it in the freezer overnight (You probably need to put it in the freezer for at least 3 - 4 hours). I used it for dessert the next Day and it was Sooooooo Yum!
Also you could probably only use a 1/4 cup of Honey instead of a 1/2, just so you don't taste the Honey too much, Plus it will make it a bit healthier! But in a few places I read that the Honey is there just to make sure it stays a bit soft and doesn't turn into a Strawberry iceblock!

That is how you make a really easy and refreshing Strawberry Sorbet! It is super easy, the main part of it is all the time it has to be in the freezer! So if you want this for Dessert one night I would suggest making it the day before, or really early that morning just so it has enough time to freeze the strawberry's and the sorbet properly!
Hope you enjoy it, I know I did!
