Healthy Breakfast Idea's

Hey Guys, so I know this is a day late (so sorry, just completely forgot to do it yesterday!)

Here are some Healthy Breakfast Idea's that I have tried before and I LOVE these! Btw I'm sorry there is no pics of when I have made these recipe's, I just haven't had the time to do that (The pic up the top isn't a pic of the smoothie I made, just found one that was similiar and used that!!)

Banana Pancakes.

This recipe is really easy because it is only 3 ingredients.

- 1 Banana

- 1 Egg

- Pinch of Cinnamon.

Mix everthing together and spoon some mixture into a pan on the stove. Flip over after a minute or so and let cook on the other side then pop it on your plate and enjoy. I usually like to pour the mixture into the pan and then sprinkle some blueberries over it for a twist. Because it doesn't have any flour in it sometimes it doesn't hold together as well as some pancakes so prepare for it to break it half or be a bit messy!

Raspberry Smoothie.

- 1 spoon of Greek Yogurt

- 1/2 cup Milk

- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries

- 1 Banana, Chopped up

Put the ingredients all together in the blender (I use our Nutri Ninja) and blend until all combined. Pour into a Cup and enjoy! I can't exactly remember the exact measurements I use so those are just a rough guess, You don't have to use the measurements I put, use however much you need! This is what I am having daily for Breakfast!

Banana on Toast

- Toast

- Butter, to spread

- 1 Banana

- Cinnamon (optional), to sprinkle

Put however many slices of toast you would like in the toast and toast them to the colour you like your toast. Then put them on your plate and butter them. Cut up the Banana and place them on your toast, you could also sprinkle some cinnamon on top on the banana pieces if you want.
