Backpack Travel Essentials

Hi Guys, Sorry I didn't post a blog last week, I was away on a camp from Tuesday - Thursday in a place with no internet connection and forgot to set it to publish automatically on Wednesday before I left on Tuesday. And then when I got home on Thursday I completely forgot all about it sooo yeah!

This is my list of my backpack travel essentials, whether I am going out for the day or I am going on holiday's this is what goes in my backpack!

First get a backpack that you love and is big enough too hold all your essentials, but not too big it feels like you are carrying a suitcase on your back! My backpack was from Factorie, it was having a sale at the time and I think I got it for about $5. It is quite a bit dirty because I have had it for 6 months or so and the color is light blue so dirt shows up very easy!

Then I got a cute little pencil case from Kmart that was $3(don't you just LOVE Kmart!!) and I had put some pens and pencils in it and put that in my bag. Then I put in a notebook I got from Typo that says "work like a sailor, play like a pirate" that I got as a birthday pressie last year and haven't used(I have over 20 notebooks!) and put that in as well.

I also keep my little makeup bag(it's a black bag that has 2 Pink Flamingo's on the front that I got from Kmart for $5) in the main pocket. That has my basic makeup kit which is some makeup wipes, powder and brush, blush and blush brush, highlighter, concealer and beauty blender, mascara and eyebrow pomade with a pack of eyebrow brushes.

There is a pocket inside my backpack where I put the essentials like chapstick, a few dollars in coins, throat lozengse's, 2 pens (in case I put my pencil case in another bag), a compact mirror, 2 hair hairbands and four bobby pins (the bobby pins are attached to my headbands so that I don't lose them!)

In my front pocket I usually like too keep a few tissues in case I'm ever in need of one.

So that is what I always have in my bag. When I am going out for the day or away I usually add in these things.

In the front pocket goes a roll on deodorant, my little coin purse (that I usually take everywhere that has more hairbands, bobby pins, chapstick and some coins).

My phone, earplugs and charger usually go in another pencil case from Kmart (also $3) that is rose gold just so all my cords don't get all knotted up with everything else in that pocket. If I am going to be reading a lot or looking at screen I usually put in my glasses.

In the main pocket I usually just add in a book or two and a bigger notebook!

So that is what I usually put in my backpack!
